
The successful outcome of a change project depends on numerous factors – not least how well the new con-cepts are received internally. No matter how relevant and how well-conceived a design solution is, it can prove less successful or unnecessarily costly if it is
not well-received within the company. This is usually due to a lack of
information and a feeling among the recipients that they haven’t been sufficiently involved. How new concepts
are presented and how training in their usage is provided can also give rise to problems. We offer a holistic view
