Mikaela Dyhlén, Strategic Insights Manager at BVD and responsible for Håll Koll, introduced the seminar with a talk about consumer perspectives on sustainability and the challenges presented by climate change. We now find ourselves in a transitional time. Awareness of the

problem is high, but behaviours have not changed to a great extent. Companies focused on the future have now begun to help their customers to make sustainable decisions, using methods such as CO2-tagging and “rewards” for environmentally friendly consumption.
