BVD Blossa

The holiday season is approaching, and with it a new, unique annual edition of mulled wine from Blossa.

Blossa 07 is a unique, daring and modern vintage mulled wine meant to capture this year’s influences, both in design and taste. The bottle is warm, dark
brown with elements in copper tones. The design is inspired by this year’s flavours, sea-buckthorn
and cinnamon.

“Sea-buckthorn is called the passion fruit of the north and is a flavour that feels contemporary. In the design we were inspired by the intense orange of its wild berries and the Nordic mystique that surrounds them,” says Susanna Nygren Barrett, Design Director at BVD.

Last year BVD was honoured with the prestigious Design S, from Swedish Design Award, for their
design of the Blossa Årgångsglögg (vintage mulled wine) series.

Blossa 07 will be available from November 16th. Last year’s holiday season vintage was sold out in less than two weeks, and a total of 5.5 million bottles of Blossa mulled wine were sold in Sweden.
